Our Services
At MadTown K9 Club, we offer structured daycare services for your beloved dogs. Our professional team provides supervised group play, enrichment activities, and built-in rest periods to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for every dog.
All new dogs are required to complete a Meet & Greet Evaluation before attending full daycare. This ensures a safe, calm, and positive experience for every dog and person at MadTown K9 Club.
What to expect
3-4 hour session where our trained staff assess your dog’s temperament, social skills, and play style.
A greeting with a staff member and brief introductions to one or two resident dogs in a controlled setting.
Observations of recall, response to handler cues, body language, and tolerance for handling (collar, leash, brief petting).
Notes on any medical needs, stress signals, or special accommodations that will help your dog thrive.

Prevents mismatches in play style and energy that can lead to stress or conflict.
Helps us create balanced play groups so shy dogs aren’t overwhelmed and enthusiastic dogs have compatible partners.

Half-Day Daycare

Puppy Policy
MadTown K9 Club welcomes puppies 4 months and older who are current on age-appropriate vaccinations. Puppies participate in supervised, structured play and enrichment with frequent rest periods to ensure a safe and positive experience.
Great news — we love hosting two dogs from the same household! MadTown K9 Club makes daycare for pair households easy, fun, and comfortable for both pups and owners.
What to expect
Shared drop-off and pick-up: Bring both dogs together. We’ll check them in as a duo to ensure paperwork and vaccinations are up to date.
Familiar companionship: Dogs from the same home stay together in compatible playgroups whenever possible, which reduces stress and boosts confidence.
Balanced socialization: Even though they’re together, we encourage independent play and interaction with other dogs to keep social skills sharp.
Individual attention: Staff monitor each dog’s energy, behavior, and needs. We’ll separate dogs during rest, feeding, or if one prefers a quieter space.
Safer transitions: If one dog is shy or over-excited, having a household buddy nearby helps ease transitions and promotes positive experiences.
Practical details
Pricing: We offer discounted rates for multiple dogs from the same household. Ask at check-in for the current multi-dog rate.
Vaccinations & paperwork: All dogs must be current on required vaccines and have completed our daycare intake form.
Feeding & medications: Bring labeled food or medications with instructions. We’ll follow your schedule and record doses.
Special needs: Senior dogs, puppies, or dogs with health/behavior conditions can be accommodated — just tell us in advance so we can plan.
Drop-off/pick-up windows: Standard daycare hours apply. If you need extended care, we’ll work with you to find the best option.

Vaccination Requirements
All dogs attending MadTown K9 Club must have current vaccinations for:
Rabies
Distemper/Parvo (DHPP)
Bordetella (kennel cough)
Proof of vaccination from a licensed veterinarian is required before your dog’s first day of attendance. Acceptable proof includes a current vaccination record, certificate, or copy of the vet paperwork showing the dog’s name, owner’s name, vaccine types, and dates administered.
Vaccination timing and boosters
Rabies: Must be current according to local/state law.
DHPP: Must be up to date per your veterinarian’s recommended schedule.
Bordetella: Must be current; many facilities require the vaccine at least 7–14 days prior to attendance if given for the first time. Follow your vet’s guidance for timing.
If your dog’s records are pending or a booster is due, contact us before the scheduled attendance to arrange a start date. Dogs without required, verifiable vaccinations will not be allowed to attend until documentation is provided.
Medical exceptions If your dog has a documented medical exemption from a licensed veterinarian, provide the exemption in writing. Exemptions are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and do not guarantee acceptance, as health and safety for all dogs in care are the priority.

• Dogs must be free of contagious illness.
• No vomiting, diarrhea, coughing, or fever within 48 hours of arrival.
• Flea and tick prevention strongly recommended.
Please have your dog’s current vaccination and health records submitted prior to their first day to ensure a safe environment for all guests.
